Basically where you can post any question here relating to fitness and someone will help you rather than making a thread for it.
I got a high BF and I started a lifting a little while ago, some guy said I should do a split with lots of cardio rather than Starting Strength? Is he right?

cancelled my gym membership because i paid monthly so had to do it before the start of november or else i'd of paid for the whole month, i'm getting equipment at home instead but I wont have it for a couple of weeks maybe a month
i know that fat can't be turned to muscle, but if I start to clean bulk now, would it be pointless or would it give me a better starting position for when I get the equipment?

Clean 'bulking' to gain actual muscle mass would be useless. However, getting used to your new diet over the next couple of weeks would be a good idea. Eating 4-6 high protein, good meals a day is a good habit to have even if you don't train. The only difference I would make is lowering the number of calories to the amount you need to maintain your current weight and upping them once you start training.

I weigh 55kg, so I need to put on as much mass as possible tbh, my main focus of training is to gain size

as ever which is going to happen within this area, i disagree with just that statement
why would it be useless? you can gain size eating clean, it takes a lot longer and is harder to do but the quality is so much better
i do it and prefer it, any fucker can just put on size but to add quality and stay reasonably lean is much more challenging & rewarding (to me anyway, everyone is different)
i havent said your wrong, i just disagree with that statement...cos i know people get emotional when some1 dont agree with them on here lol

I'm gonna start cutting soon should I still be doing the same workout as I was while bulking but with 2-3 20 min jogs a week thrown in? Or would it be better to do metabolic circuits instead of the jogging?

fast walking is better than jogging for body building. go fast walking with bare layers on so u sweat or a bin bag or summit

Fill a bagup like a ruck sack up with weights i put pillows inbetween so they dont clink clank everytime your walking/running been doing these past few weeks puts a bit of strain on your back first few days so dont go mental but it really does help...

I kinda worded that wrong. He said he wasn't gonna go gym for a couple of weeks untill he got his homegym sorted. He was asking if it would be usefull to start his clean bulk right now (while not strength training) to gain some mass. That's what I responded to. I agree with the rest of your post. Clean eating and slowly gaining bodyweight is much better than the dirty bulk. Especially when you're not a beginner anymore.

if you sweat it out its just water weight, you'll become dehydrated, need to drink more, and put that weight straight back on
this only works for fat people who want to lose a few pounds before there weigh in at weightwatchers on wednesday

lol nah i know the sweating thing, athletes and fighters mainly do it the day before a weigh in to dehydrate their bodies and get the last few pounds off, im not gonna go running with a bin bag wrapped around me, repped for the suggestion anyway.

ESKI u wasteman. youre fucking clueless. Why are you telling someone that wants to burn fat to sweat more? are u actually a retard? your 'friend' competes so he does that to get rid of the water retention, you donut.
BRB just gonna jump in the sauna to burn some fat.

I'm bored, so I might go to the gym twice today. I'm doing chest this evening, but I'm thinking about doing a leg workout this morning, maybe some cardio too. Would it be a waste of a chest workout because of the energy needed for the leg workout?

Kept it fairly light to tbh, legs just got like planks instantly.
